    The Kitajukken River Terrace, which was developed in conjunction with Tokyo Mizumachi, allows you to spend a relaxing time by the water. You can also enjoy restaurants along the terrace or a cruise from the Koumebashi Pier.

    From the Kitajukkengawa River Terrace, go under the Tobu Railway viaduct and enter Sumida Park.
    Along part of the path from the Breeze Square to Ushijima Shrine, you can enjoy the bamboo lanterns handmade by workshop participants. Why not experience the warmth of the light?

    At Sumida River Walk, a new pedestrian bridge connecting Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree Town, visitors are greeted by a fantastical bamboo lantern sculpture with Tokyo Skytree in the background and an arch of bamboo lanterns hanging over the pedestrian bridge.

To ensure that guests who have enjoyed a stroll through the air from the observation deck of Tokyo Skytree, the world's tallest broadcasting tower, can leave satisfied, a bamboo lantern object will be installed at the exit. The fantastical bamboo lantern object will see guests off.
Tully’s Coffee Hanakawado Sumida Park
Tully's Coffee, located along the Sumida River, is a popular photo spot with Tokyo Skytree in the background. In conjunction with the store's renovation, a bamboo lantern sculpture will be installed, adding color to the winter riverside as a new photo spot.
