How to Use the Cafe
■ Passengers in Car 1 (Cockpit Lounge) and Car 6 (Cockpit Suite Compartment)
You can use our services without an online reservation ticket. Please come to the cafe counter during business hours.
*Please have your express train ticket ready, as we will need to verify it.
*Passengers in car number 6 will be using the takeout service.
■ Passengers in cars 2-5
After obtaining your online numbered ticket, please come to the cafe counter.
*This service is for takeout only.
*We will be able to accommodate approximately 20 groups at a time.
*Due to events being held in Car No. 1, the number of groups that can be accepted may be reduced.
[Regarding cafe opening hours]
Regarding Inbound trains (bound for Asakusa)
From departure to arrival at Kasukabe Station
*Online numbered tickets will be issued from approximately after departure Shimo-imaichi Station until they run out.
Regarding Outbound trains (bound for Tobu-nikko and Kinugawa-onsen)
From departure to arrival at Shimo-imaichi Station
*Online numbered tickets will be issued from approximately after departure from Kasukabe Station until they run out.

From the perspective of protecting a safe working environment, taking photographs of cafe staff is prohibited.

How to Use the Cafe
Customers in cars 2 to 5
- *Online numbered tickets can be obtained using the 2D code posted on the seat back pocket and on the deck wall of each vehicle.
- *Online numbered tickets will be issued while the train is in operation.
- *The timing for starting accepting online numbered tickets will be notified on the train announcement.
- *Please note that you may have to wait at the cafe counter even if you have a numbered ticket.
- *Please check the arrival time of the station you are getting off at and be prepared in advance.
- *Online numbered tickets are limited in number. The limit is approximately 20 groups. (The number of groups accepted may be reduced due to events are held in Car 1.)
- * Compartment use Cockpit Suite Cockpit Lounge SPACIA
- *Products may be sold out. Please be noted.
How to Issue Online Numbered Tickets
Car 1 Cafe GOEN CAFE SPACIA X is available to customers in Cars 1 and 6 during business hours.
*Customers in car No. 6 will be asked to take out.
Customers in cars 2 to 5 can purchase take-out from the cafe by obtaining a numbered ticket, provided there is a vacant slot.
*Lounge seats are not available.
*To obtain an online numbered ticket, please read the two-dimensional code with your smartphone.
