Ryuzu-no-Taki (Ryuzu Waterfall) is one of Nikko's sightseeing attractions, where magenta flowers of rhododendron wadanum bloom in spring. The view of pinkish flowers blooming around the white waterfall is very beautiful. The best time to see these flowers is usually from late May to early June. There is a teahouse right in front of the waterfall, serving various menus, including light meals such as dumplings, as well as noodles such as soba (buckwheat noodles) and udon (thick noodles). There is also a souvenir shop attached to the teahouse, so please stop by.
