The Nikko Tamozawa Imperial Villa Memorial Park has 400-year-old weeping cherry blossom trees planted in it. Every year from mid to late April is the best time to see them, as they beautifully color the park! In addition, grounds in the park that are normally not open to the public are partially open for a limited time! The scenery of the weeping cherry blossoms that can be seen from the round windows of the study hall, said to be a famous spot, is truly amazing. Be sure to drop by when you visit Nikko!
