Hotokuji Temple is located in Kiryu City in Gunma. From April 12 to May 18, you can see a special display of spring maples reflected on the floor of this temple!
As the name says, floor maples are the sight of maples beautifully reflected on the shining polished floor of the temple. The fresh greenery of spring is amazingly beautiful and charms visitors!
Hotokuji Temple is also packed with highlights besides the floor maples, including carp streamers, moutan peony flowers, pinwheels, and lovely jizo statues with hats!
