The steam locomotive SL Taiju, operated by Tobu Railway, runs as a sightseeing train in the Nikko and Kinugawa area. Passengers can ride the train between Shimo-Imaichi Station and Kinugawa Onsen Station, as well as Shimo-Imaichi Station to Tobu Nikko Station. In spring, there are photo spots along the SL route and surrounding area where seasonal flowers like cherry blossoms and rapeseed blossoms bloom, letting visitors capture the impressive sight of the train in motion along with seasonal scenery. Onboard, sightseeing attendants provide service, making this train popular with both families and railway fans.
