At Akebonoyama Agricultural Park in Kashiwa City, Chiba, around 160,000 tulips beautifully bloom in spring with a full-scale windmill in the background. The landscape of colorful flowers, with red, yellow, pink, and more, spreading across the fields gives the park an international feel reminiscent of the Netherlands. The best time to see the tulips is around mid-April. The “Spring Week” event is also held to coincide with the flowers blooming. It's a very popular spot for taking photos and is a classic spring destination bustling with families and couples.
