An annual event of “Sumida-ku Residents Folk Dance Festival in the Cool-Breeze” will be held by the local Sumida Ward at the Solamachi Square of Tokyo Skytree Town 1F.
You can enjoy the “Bon Odori” dance, which is one of the highlights of the summer in Japan, also there will be food stalls and playable shops.
