For those visiting the summer Nikko, we recommend the fireworks festival.
●Nikko Futarasan Jinja Chugushi Shrine will hold a fireworks festival at Lake Chuzenji from 21:00 on July 31st (Wed) and August 1st (Thu), 2019.
The fireworks representing Japan's summer reflected on this lake are a must see.
●On August 3rd (Sat), a "Nikko Summer Fireworks Festival" will be held at 19:00 on the lake side of Daiyagawa River.
The nearest station is Tobu Nikko Line Shimoimaichi Station, which is a 15 minute walk to the venue.
On the day of the event, you can ride on a train and watch a fireworks display by riding on SL Taiju, which departs at 18:14 from Kinugawa Onsen Station and arrives at 19:05 Shimoimaichi Station.
