Kirifuri Highland in Nikko is a popular spot to enjoy yellow "Broad dwarf day lilies (Nikko Kisuge)" which come into full bloom from the end of June to the middle of July every year.
In Kirifuri Highland, there is also a 1,445-step stairway called "Tenku Kairo (corridor in the sky)" to enjoy the superb views from the top. If you are lucky, you may also be able see a very mysterious sea of clouds from there.
The NIKKO PASS ALL AREA is very reasonable and convenient for visiting this area, as this pass also covers the bus stop at Kirifuri Highland without additional fares.

Access:
From Tobu Nikko Station, take the Tobu bus bound for "Kirifuri Kogen" or "Ozasa Bokujo" and get off at "Kirifuri Kogen". About 25 minutes. ※It only runs between April 1st and the end of November.
