“TOKYO Solamachi”, a large-scale commercial facility at the foot of TOKYO SKYTREE, is open with strengthened measures to prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections.
Visitors are kindly asked for their cooperation, such as wearing masks and ensuring social distancing.
Followings are the measures taken at TOKYO Solamachi to ensure visitors’ safety;

(1) Perform regular ventilation, disinfection and cleaning.
(2) Install antiseptic solutions in the building for visitors.
(3) Install shields to prevent virus droplets at some sales counters.
(4) Marks are placed to ensure social distancing between customers at cash registers.
(5) Ensure physical distancing with all the seats in the building.
(6) Carry out employee health checks, including daily measuring of body temperatures.
(7) Thoroughly ensure that employees wear masks and sanitize their hands.
