In 2017, the “Minakami area” where Tanigawadake is located, was registered at UNESCO Eco Park as a model for coexistence of nature and human beings.
An event where you can enjoy a sky full of stars at such Tanigawadake, "Tanigawadake Night Cruising of the Night Sky" will be held. During the event, you can enjoy magical digital hanging scrolls(Special Space Illumination Art) and a program that teaches you about the starry sky. Also, you can learn to make a telescope by hand in a workshop of Vixen. (Separately 1,000 yen is required)
Minakami area is also famous as a hot spring resort, you can enjoy the pleasure of accommodation.
