You can take a ropeway to go up to Akechidaira Observation Deck on the "Irohazaka" slope which is on the way from Nikko to Oku-Nikko.
In front of the observation deck is a panoramic view with Kegon Falls, Lake Chuzenji, and Mt. Nantai.
If you listen carefully, you will be able to hear the sounds of Kegon Falls!
If you have NIKKO PASS ALL AREA, you can ride the Akechiheira Ropeway free of charge. When you travel around Nikko and Oku-Nikko, it is very convenient and affordable if you have NIKKO PASS ALL AREA. Please check the URL for details.

Access: Take the Tobu Bus bound for Yumoto Onsen or Chuzenji Onsen from Tobu Nikko Station.
Get off at "Akechidaira" bus stop.
