Tori no ichi Festival is held on December 3 of every year at Owashi Shrine which is a subordinate shrine of the Kawagoe Kumano-jinja Shrine.
Kuma no Te (bear hands) sold there are said to bring you good luck for a prosperous business and safety in the household.
