["Yayoi Festival", Nikko's traditional event in spring]
The traditional "Yayoi Festival" with 1,200 years of history is held every year from April 13 -17 at Nikko Futarasan-jinja Shrine.
Their portable shrine (called "yatai" in this festival) decorated with azaleas, a spring flower, is very beautiful. Please enjoy this spring event.
